This waiver is to release Galt Rock & Asphalt Products or any other equipment of any responsibility that may occur when delivering past the curbside. I have requested this procedure and have been advised of the risks for taking a truck past the curb. This damage could include but is not limited to, the curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveway, grass, sprinkler systems, personal property, etc. and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galt Rock & Asphalt Products and its affiliate for any and all damage that may be done. I will pay all tow charges if any trucks or equipment get stuck while dumping or working in the area I have requested.
