Concrete Delivery Policy:
Customer acknowledges that once concrete has been dispatched, that the full amount ordered will be charged to the card on file unless other payment is provided to the driver. Customer is allowed 10 minutes, per yard of concrete, to unload. After that time is expired, a standby charge of $2.00 per minute will be applied to the total order.  

Appointment Deposit Policy:
A $100.00 refundable deposit is required to be completed within 2 hours of scheduling to confirm appointment. The deposit will be applied to the balance due at the completion of the job or refunded if cancellation is received within 24 hours of the scheduled job.

Cancellation Policy:
A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If cancelling or rescheduling less than the 24 hours’ notice, the above-mentioned deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will need to be made. 

Cancellations must be made by speaking to someone in the office via phone or text; voicemails will not be accepted. Cancellations due to weather will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All concrete deliveries must have a deposit and card on file before dispatching concrete. Please contact the office for all scheduling.
